The VAM Warehouse and Production project highlights our ability to merge heavy-duty industrial engineering with high-end corporate identity. The core of this transformation involved extensive steel structural works to integrate a robust mezzanine floor, significantly expanding the facility’s operational footprint. To support the technical requirements of the production line, we implemented a comprehensive M&E package, ensuring all specialized power and mechanical services were seamlessly integrated. Beyond the infrastructure, we brought the brand to life through a bespoke interior scheme featuring custom lighting and large-scale mural art, meticulously designed to align with the company’s Corporate Identity (CI).
